I remember being at that GF in 93 Tina was absolutely on fire and the crowd loved the performance and most were belting that song out at the top of their lungs with her

Oh Andy...I just realised I took Mum to see her on 20 October 1993 at the Entertainment Centre as I still have the ticket stub.. and just checked the date.

We had this on vinyl back home in Qld and there is a new version available to download on itunes with many added tracks. I always loved the photo of Tina on the cover too. Seeing it on itunes brought back so many memories for me. She covered songs like Help, Bowie's 1984 and I Can't Stand The Rain..my favourite from the album. It was released in 1984.

Always loved this album from Tina ( Foreign Affair ) and had it years ago but not sure what happened to it as its not in my collection anymore. Steamy Windows was my favourite track off the album but i always liked this track..

I really haven't been following Beyonce's career (yes I do live happily under my middle aged rock) however I found this last night as I am very partial to a good Kennedy Centre Honour performance. Take a look at the sheer joy on Tina's face..the costume is a replica of one of her most famous. Hard to believe this tribute was 18 years ago..where does the time go?

That is unreal tribute by Queen B to the Queen of rock Tina Turner . As good as she can sing, Beyonce hasn't got Tina's raspy snarl , that was something truly unique ! RIP beautiful lady .

i had an acquaintance who when she got pissed would put nutbush on repeat and do all the dance moves but that's not tina's fault. tina had good energy and always looked like she was enjoying herself
