[QUOTE=Random Rooster. And speaking of Oliver Stone again..... here's the full text of Stones Facebook post in March in 2022 :............................
Your reference is at odds with what Stone had to say to the Bandana Man but that might just be an expression of concern for Putin and Russia - a sort of apprehension that the operation might have been too ambitious in all of the circumstances. I can't square it any other way.
As it turns out. however, the "war" is all but won. The nutty Republicans are not for supporting anything Democrat let alone their wars nor are they for throwing good money after bad. The long term lesson for the Empire is that it no longer has the power to bend the world to its will - beating the sanctions and currency freeze out shows that Russia has won across the board and that the US's unipolar world is no more. Us mugs here in Oz are once more on the losing side and we're gonna go down with 'em.

I'm sure that you don't believe the House Republicans are withholding funding for Ukraine due to concerns about it being "good money after bad." If House Speaker Mike Johnson, who is a Trump supporter and election denier, puts the bipartisan Senate Ukrainian bill on the table, it will easily pass. However, doing so would mean going against Trump's wishes, and he risks being ousted by fellow ultra-right wing MAGA nutcase figures like Gaetz, Taylor Green, Jim Jordan, and others. A similar scenario exists with the Senate Republican-negotiated bipartisan border control bill, touted by Republican Senators as their most significant and effective border control bill to date. Despite their endorsement, Mike Johnson has declared it "DOA" in the House. No real reason for doing so besides Trump wants chaos at the border to make it a election issue.
Trump has been upfront about where he stands with Putin, Russia, Ukraine and NATO. Stopping the funding to the Ukraine is buttering his Russian bread should he win the 2024 election
Trumps silence on Navalnys death is predictable. Maybe he is too busy selling gold sneakers to address it!

Spent 30 minutes rambling on about the so called history of Russia or more accurately his take.
He virtually denounced Lenin, even saying he betrayed Russia and Russian troops in World War I, and also blamed Lenin for the creation of Ukraine, which he says is a fabricated country and the provision allowing countries to leave the Soviet Union which they did on mass in 1991. . - It was the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic from 1917 to 1991.
I wonder if Lenin will finally be buried then - outwardly there is not much of the real Lenin Left - mostly plastic designer skin.
All this is straight out of Putin's play book which we have seen before in Chechnya ( 2 Wars ) , Georgia and Tajikistan- Interesting his belated response to whether he would invade Poland - The Soviet Union invaded Poland from the East Previously under the Molotov–Ribbentrop so called Non Aggression Pact - carve up of Europe.
Russia started the war even after Putin stated they had no intention of invading Ukraine, despite the build-up of 200,000 Russian troops on the Ukraine. -Russia Border. Thought it would take a few days and Ukraine would be defeated.
The problem is unless Putin is voted out or taken out he will be President of Russia until 2036.
Randy, in the same way has knickers in a similar knot over "Navaly" whom he knows nothing about apart from Western bullshit but of course there's this MSM tidal wave of shrieking upon us that's impossible to resist.
Why isn't there the same level of revulsion and concern about our own Julian Assange who exposed lies. murder and propaganda far more effectively than the Russian ever did. Where are your priorities gentlemen? Will you as devastated at news of Assange's death?

The fact that Navalny's misfortunes are Russian state responsibility is widely accepted because of the alleged use of Novochok despite there being so many issues with this narrative. The Salisbury poisonings as pointed out by multiple commentators shows how effective the Western propaganda campaign demonising Russia and Vladimir Putin has been. From the mealy-mouthed phrasing ‘of a type developed by Russia,’ to the neat little coincidences such as the British Army’s Chief Nursing Officer being the first on the scene and links between Sergei Skripal and the author of the thoroughly discredited ‘Steele dossier,’ which helped trigger Russiagate, accepting the British narrative requires a complete abandonment of scepticism. When all of the gaps in logic, British disinformation and political opportunism are considered it appears that the least likely culprit in this instance is the Russian state.More likely a false flag job which the West is so good at.
All I'm sayin' is why would anyone trust Western Intelligence or media on Navalny or anything else given their track record?

I do, however, presume that in times when Russia has been reclaimed from the depredations of the West that we saw in the early 90s and the West is doing everything it can to reverse that, that he was more than likely a stooge of the CIA and of MI6. Who funded him? Oh yeah, freedom lovers.

Maybe its along the same lines of those Nazis that Putin is trying to rid Ukraine from?
Im not sure were Putin stands on Nazis- he is always demonising opponents labelling them Nazis.....yet once again in his "interview" with Tucker Carlsson he pulled out his absurd take on who started WW2, claiming Adolf Hitler was compelled to initiate the war with Poland in 1939 due to the Poles' "uncompromising" stance on the ownership of Gdańsk. Of course it was just one of his paranoid justifications for Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022- although it went straight over Tuckers head who just sat there like a stung mullet.
You've been saying for a while that Russia's victory in Ukraine is imminent. I think Putin is playing for time hoping The Don wins the 2024 election and pulls out the carpet from under Ukraine and NATO/Europe. We can't both be right, and i admit that the missus says i'm wrong more times than im right! Lets see how the next few months pans out

Surely there's nothing paranoid about not wanting a hostile military alliance arrayed on your border. Was the US "paranoid" about missiles in Cuba in 1960? Time, my friend, to loosen those ideological ties that bind you and be more even handed, otherwise, like the King, you are not worth listening to, we can read all that propaganda in the msm.
More money and more weaponry is not going to win the war, it will only prolong it with disastrous consequences for the Ukes. Surely the writing is on the wall at this stage. The Ukes have run out of young men fgs.

To continue thinking that Nazis in Ukraine is a figment is just pig headed and not worthy of you Randy. After Maidan Stepan Bandera was resurrected as a national hero by the new incumbents and with that the torchlight parades and celebrations of a past that included the first holocaust - 2 million Jews shot to death. The Infamous Azov battalion with its Nazi salutes and insignia being inducted into the Uke defence force is further evidence.

As for your other comments- you dont have to listen to me, nor King Salvo, nor anyone else- just dont reply. If you prefer a echo chamber whereby everyone agrees with you then go for it.
If its true that the Ukrainians have run out of young men then yes, you are correct that the end is imminent....and Kiev should fall in days, weeks at most.

I really should say "was using" because even he has dropped the Nazi line. Using the old foe Nazi line was just a propaganda stunt to stir up nationalism in Russia. His assertion was that Jewish Zelensky and his government were conducting genocide against Russians and Russian-speaking citizens, a claim for which he provided no evidence—entirely baseless. Putin has never shown any concern for the welfare of anyone anywhere. It's this very demeanor that Donald Trump admires, as he sees in him qualities he aspires to emulate!!

Putin listed de Nazification as an adjunct to halting the drift towards NATO expanding into Ukraine and threatening Russian security. Oliver Stone lays that all out.
Following the Maidan coup, Russian enclaves in the East and Crimea reacted forcefully and declared themselves autonomous. Fascist elements like the Azovs were set upon them and 14000 died between 2014 and 2022. There were Azov atrocities'
Yours are sweeping statements - "Putin has never shown any concern for the welfare of anyone anywhere" - that are simply emotional assertions consistent with dumb Western demonisation. I like debating but it needs to be reasoned.
