Ok.
I noticed atm a previously banned member online here.
That says to me that there has been contact with admin & discussions.
Did we, as members, get it wrong with this one? Is this person what they portray? Handicapped etc.

Have wondered this over the years, regarding trolls. What appears sometimes (most times) to be someone trying to stir the pot may actually be someone trying to engage with supporters & actually be genuine.

Hopefully I haven't got it wrong too many times.

Who, Magoo? The guy posted 40 times in one day, all gibberish, I think you can rest easy 56, just another troll, or probably a pretty well known one, just on another different fishing expedition. If that's who you are referring to, he's still banned.

Magoo was logged in that night well after he was banned. How does that work? If he is banned surely he can't log in? Is there a delay?
From memory his last activity was around 9.47pm, a long time after he was banned.

Anyway, we look forward to the next installment from the troll.

He's likely to reregister on a different IP, under a different username, but we actively check for matching IP's to see when this happens and ban the user, followed by the IP address. We hate it too, it creates so much unnecessary work for us to manage and make this place enjoyable for the rest of those who abide and follow the rules.
