    • yeah, the referendum is only slightly more likely to get up than the roosters are to win this year's comp.
sad, but you've got to play the cards you're dealt and hopefully next time the issue comes up it will be something that unifies us.
i'm here for the footy and the roosters are finished for the year so i'm done as well.
      you can't win em all

I'd forgotten about "5 yard scamper" Woodsy. Shame he didn't master that part of his game, because he was a bloody decent bat especially against the quicks.

Back on the K-man, how funny was the very "progressive" The Project wheeling him in as the case for change and he delivers them a wrong'un

The hapless Albo even coined a new term Kamahl-mentum. Wtf?? Who writes for this geezer?

I have empathy for Kamahl. I’ve been guilty of the same thing for months now.

Yes, I admire that he stuck with his values, and didn't just get swept up in a 'vibe'. Took some courage when people were trying to influence him.

And therein lies part of the issue. If we don't vote yes, we are racists according to some. Even if we are voting no because we believe it will be detrimental to the country.

If you were born here doesn't that make you indigenous to the country

Nah 08, I don't see it that way. I see myself as born and bred Australian of course but I don't have indigenous blood in my ancestry. I don't follow indigenous customs or relate to them at all, but think it's important for aborigines to be able to keep using and preserving them. I think as a nation it's important that we acknowledge and recognise that but we also need to move forward together.

Indigenous is if you and your parents were born here.

And that's the great thing about Australia, we can each voice our own opinion.

                              To True

But for how much longer I don't know

Here is a controversial opinion. Indigenous culture is in part misogynist because the domestic violence rate is 40 times higher than the non indigenous domestic violence rate.

One of the Aboriginal female no supporters voiced something along these lines recently Not so blatant as what you are saying but she did address the stereotype that some Aboriginals view the role of the Women
