Bloody appalling effort in the field and with the bat.
Yep..like the Roosters this yr the better roster on paper doesn't always count.

Cummings ain't no captain...remember the days when we had great captains like A Border, Ricky Ponting, S Waugh etc. I miss the golden age from 95 to about 2010.

The knifing of JL in the back because he made the players train so hard, is reaping it's rewards. The chickens are coming home to roost.
Yep, Langer is getting the last laugh.

OK, so Cummins made some runs lower in the order, but that's not his job.

The bloke can't captain and he's not a 50/50 bowler.
We were just too painfully slow at the start which put way too much pressure on the batters coming in when the first two wickets fell. They need to find a way to keep the scoreboard ticking over and not just wait for boundary balls. Smith was great at doing that as soon as he came in, but then sadly got out.

Australia might have to battle it out with England to make the semis.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

The way Australia is bowling, the Lankans might easily score 300+.

3 wickets now. Hopefully it keeps them under 300.
