Can't see the post because I've blocked the said user but am guessing it's a Paddo Cult speciality. While we don't see eye to eye on John Menadue, I'm with you on this one buddy.

As I've said in the other thread... my local booth has trucked in masses of paid no 'campaigners' from interstate. It's pretty darn obvious when the yes campaigners are all local grannies who volunteer at the local op shops and the Liberal Party TM's FUD crew (staffed by Palmer's crew as they couldn't find anybody wanting to volunteer) are all young males in brand new Tarocash suits.

The word is that internal polling is MUCH closer than you'd think. Not expecting a win but this is a big opportunity to make meaningful, lasting change that could lead to so much more.

Whether the people vote yes or no, this won't be the end of indigenous social policy. There's lots of work to be done in this space.
