If you are well stationed in life, good luck to you, unfortunately a lot of people are not as fortunate. MOST of those through no fault of their own.

I do not consider my self fortunate I consider my self a person who takes the hard road that makes tough choices that reap rewards many years down the track. I dont want or expect anything from anyone or the government.

I want to see a government that makes tough choices a government that says no we wont build it OR spend the money because we can not afforf it we need to pay our debts. I want to see a plan and choices that reap rewards, give real incentives like giving buisness tax cuts for employing more people. No super for high incomes earners and offset it to low income earners. Cut the long term unemployed off and make them work for it or starve ...fck them I say.

If people cant afford 3 kids wait or have 1, why should I pay for them? Too many ppl want it all on a plate they want everything now, it just doesnt work that way mate.... the news flash is life is tough.

anyone working for a company under Abbott will be living in fear of their Jobs and conditions every day of their life but it will be nice to see the mega mining companies posting excessive profits as they shovel more of Australia off the rest of the world, we can all rejoice in the increases to executive bonuses too, perhaps woollies and Cole's can be given status as mps with a vote in parliament, or maybe Alan Jones may be given a liberal senate seat as a reward for a job well done for the right, oh and don't you worry about they amount of extra co2 spewing into our atmosphere, lord monkton will be proud of you! yes life under Abbott promises to be very different, we can put up the price if uni courses and charge attendees even bigger loans to pay off fees, we can reduce the fees for the kings school and shore but cut back on any public education courses including closing a few unprofitable tafe colleges?

I just want someone in government who is concerned about running the country properly instead of running us into the ground.
Abbott may not be great, I do not know, all I know is that there is more fear about the state of the country under the idiots in charge now than I have ever experienced and I aint young.

And frankly I think what gillard, swan and rudd have done is criminal and and embarrasment to the labor party and its supporters, who deserved much better (as do the rest of the country).

And Dice, at least private debt might just be reducing under this govt. But if it is its only because people are too scared to spend and the Govt has increased debt way beyond a reasonable level, making it harder for business and individuals to get more money.
