Not much went the 6ers way last night. I think one of the worst was the ground staff playing a replay before the 15 second DRS review time had elapsed when there was a good chance Maxwell was out. The 6ers are in a bit of trouble now with tomorrow’s game a possible wash out due to Sydney’s weather.

Likely to be a washout tomorrow or an over shortened match - showers and storms expected - Sixes need 2 wins of their last 3 to play finals so washouts even though 1 point is not want you want - it may work out though as they play Scorchers who are 5th on 6 points - Renegades on 6 with 3 games to go and Stars on 6 with 2 games to go are the only others who could play finals.

Yep thanks Horrie. It ended up being a great win by the Sixers with a superb century from Steve Smith. Ironically all the rain and storms are happening right here in Canberra.

Sixes will be disappointed with that loss - 3 for 5 was a hard road back and just fell short in losing by12 runs - Have to do it the hard way now with a game against the winner of Thunder vs Stars - Stars played like a pub side for the first 5 game and then win the next 5 to qualify for the finals and have momentum.

Back at the SCG - Need Philippe to fire at the top as he has been pretty average with scores of 6 / 8 / 9 / 8 / 0 in the last 5 games.
