However they *can't* then complain if the rest of modern Australia *ignores* them and their 'nation' with its own flag, own cultures...and tells them "NO" when they want things, like the "Voice", for example.
The trouble is BB people are listening to the wrong indigenous voice. Not all want and do as you are suggesting. In fact I think you will find its the non indigenous hanger Oners that make most of the noise .

The best way is to just enjoy and support our special days and other Aussies without fear or favour. The good news is most Aussies hate their long march against our values and identity. Look at how they got their arse handed to them with the Voice. Same thing will happen if Pistol Pete stays true to his values.

Look at Cricket Australia....weak pricks they can stick their lukewarm dying product where the sun don't shine anyway.

That reminds me, time to update the Av and sig for our National Day...thanks BB!
Thankfully the day is dying and will soon be changed. So enjoy it while you can rednecks

"Barbie" operates on a number of levels according to my wife, nonetheless she found it boring. What brought a joy rush to me was the sight of hundreds of young women in the range of Babie outfits gathering outside Edgecliff Railway en route to the cinema. Was it sign that Feminism has been embraced more so than ever and that the patriarchy's days are numbered or just another empty headed conformist flash mob of attention seekers? No matter, no avoiding Barbie's "message" and I'm far more optimistic about contemporary females that I am about our males.

Spot on 08. It's the professional protest class who only seek to disrupt and upset anyone enjoying themselves in a western society. Miserable lot. Many many people with Indigenous ancestry respect and celebrate Australia Day. Good on you for holding your line in this thread too mate.

We need a song and this one has something for all of us on this special day. Some lovely imagery too.

My 19 yo daughter saw Barbie and loved it. She’s told me multiple times ‘it’s not a kids’ movie Mum…it’s about womanhood and toxic masculinity and toxic femininity and lots of other things’.

It is only a matter of time that the date is changed. My preference for a new date is November 30.

It marked the first time people of all nations united together under a new flag as Australians at Bakery Hill in Ballarat. Lead the the great man, Peter Lalor, the miners from all over the world rose up against the British colonial oppressors and fought under a flag bearing the southern cross.

The Eureka Stockade was certainly a great moment in Australia’s history.

It's not compulsory to live here Jessie. Vote with your passport ...we'll even farewell you with a good old fashioned Aussie bbq which I know you love. Just don't let the door hit your butt plug on the way out.

Not a snowballs chance in hell...snowflake. The Glorious multitudes of the great democracy of Australia have spoken...they have clearly said "NO" muthertruckers.

There will NEVER BE aboriginal special rights in the constitution, there will never be a republic here and AUSTRALIA DAY WILL ALWAYS BE JANUARY 26. Mark my words..

                          JANUARY 26 = AUSTRALIA DAY.

                          ALWAYS WAS, ALWAYS WILL BE.

Now give me a AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE, Oi Oi Oi
                          AUSSIE OI, AUSSIE OI...

Now Go back to choking the chicken, WOKE BOI...

Yeah nah....respectfully disagree...the Republic referendum failed in 1999...24 years ago....and since the last referendum fail....it is now further away that ever. Republic is DREAMLAND stuff...won't happen in reality

Well you cant have that- programming the kids to recognise the the reality of sexism !! This is pure wokeism. Next thing you know they will be off to school and they will be taught about things like The Stolen Generation....and it will just snowball into a wokeism takeover by the "corporates" who will take way your freedom!!
