He was strong yeah. She was trained to the minute to try and goad him to stray off performance comparisons and it worked to some extent. The moderators checked him a few times with follow ups but let her run free. Kind of 3 on 1 but expected that. It was said that most of the media had their stories written before the debate, expected that too so she couldn't "lose". His closer should have included his achievements as well and what he brings as a Leader, a lot of material he could have championed. God she is an awful thing, save us America!

Trump was just on Fox News declaring it was his best ever debate performance and he won the debate easy even though the moderators were against him.

That makes it 2-nil Trump. Harris wants a 3rd debate. That will make it 3-nil Trump!

Donald Trump is holding a rally on Thursday in a rented hall in my hometown, Tucson. I would prefer to ignore that sad fact. But since the building has my name on it, I need to say something.

It saddens me to see the former President bring his hate show to Tucson, a town with deep Mexican-American roots and a joyful, tolerant spirit.

I don't just deplore his toxic politics, his hatred of women, immigrants and people of color, his criminality, dishonesty and ignorance — although there's that.

For me it comes down to this: In Nogales and across the southern border, the Trump Administration systematically ripped apart migrant families seeking asylum. Family separation made orphans of thousands of little children and babies, and brutalized their desperate mothers and fathers. It remains a humanitarian catastrophe that Physicians for Human Rights said met the criteria for torture.

There is no forgiving or forgetting the heartbreak he caused.

Trump first ran for President warning about rapists coming in from Mexico. I'm worried about keeping the rapist out of the White House.

I raised two adopted children in Tucson as a single mom. They are both grown and living in their own houses. I live with a cat. Am I half a childless cat lady because I'm unmarried and didn't give birth to my kids? Call me what you want, but this cat lady will be voting proudly in November for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.

if you're going to talk about migrants eating pets then you can't complain if you're picked up on it. moderators have to be objective and neutral. it's not a question of pulling up one candidate and then having to pull up the other candidate in the interest of 'fairness'. it's about questioning claims that need to be questioned.

I wouldn't worry about Ronstadt.....she Dont Know Much.

The point is Trump won big in that debate-some polls even were at 90-7 his way. Trump may have said he will debate " Anytime Anywhere Anyplace" but now there is no point, he destroyed her in just that 1 debate. He showed her who was boss right from the handshake!!

I was very disappointed in RFK Jnrs comments on FOX straight after the debate. Praising Harris , he stated that her delivery polish, organisation, and preparation clearly won the debate. He even went as far as saying Trumps performance will be detrimental to his support amongst independent voters. RFK Jnr better get with the program because he isn't going to be on team Trump for too long if he all of a sudden has realistic views!!
