    Differing opinions are perfectly OK.

What's not OK is abusing someone just because you don't like their opinion.

So it would be fantastic if people could share thier opinions and beliefs without bullying, abusing etc.

Thanks for creating this post Mr Walker I look forward to some civilised debate.

Some excellent news for my man Trump today. RFK jnr is close to dropping out of the race. He is going to endorse Presisent Trump in return for a position in his new administration. Happy days. What a team they will make. I consider RFK to be a truly great man and a wonderful American.

That would be an absolutely splendid appointment.

Illinois governor and businessman JB Pritzker, who has an estimated net worth of over $US3 billion, isn't holding back.

"Donald Trump once called Chicago embarrassing," he begins.

"I had to govern for two years while Trump was president, let me tell you what's embarrassing.
            (Reuters: Mike Segar)

"In Illinois, we passed a massive bill to fix our roads and bridges. When Donald Trump proposed his own plan, he turned right around and called it stupid.

"We eliminated the grocery tax. Donald hasn't been in a grocery store since his first bankruptcy.

"Illinois invested in clean energy and the jobs it brings. Donald claimed that windmills in the ocean made the whales a little batty.

"Donald Trump thinks that we should trust him on the economy, because he claims to be very rich.

"But take it from an actual billionaire: Trump is rich in only one thing — stupidity."

Bernie Sanders is getting towards the end of his speech.

So far, the line that has received some of the biggest applause was when the Vermont senator called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

"We must end this horrific war in Gaza, bring home the hostages and demand an immediate ceasefire."

I'm concerned the next leader of the free world could be the brainless, giggling Kamala . Donald has his detractors and fair enough but at least he displays some signs of intelligence.

                  > In a speech on Sunday, Ms Harris indirectly criticised her opponent, suggesting he was a "coward" whose politics focused on putting down rivals.

                  > "What we know is the real and true measure of the strength of a leader is based on who you lift up," she told a crowd of supporters.

                  > "Anybody who's about beating down other people is a coward."

                  > A day earlier in the same state, Mr Trump called his Democratic rival a "lunatic" and bragged that he was "much better looking" than her.

Some apt parallels with our resident Trump supporter's approach. I agree that anybody who's about beating down other people is a coward...

Well said. People question President Trumps intelligence which is rude imo. He is a very smart man and a brilliant communicator.

President Trump appeared on the podcast of American comedian Theo Von. It's a great watch for anyone interested.

Everything was good in the world under Trump's first four years. People seem to forget that.

                          Will check that thanks.

The Don has went off script a bit since that murder attempt, and have to cut him some slack. He needs to focus on her disastrous border and security record, and tie her with Bidens incompetent tenure as VP. And then add his humour and parody which people love. Then the phoenix will rise again. Hopefully.

Bloody oath. People want to play identity politics and throw the bub out with the bathwater.

All I remember is that he:

                              - Temporarily suspended travel for people from muslim countries.

                              - Provoked China to the point where they banned our wines/lobsters/barley (and/or slapped crazy tariffs on it) in response to his anger/tariffs.

                              - Promoted COVID anger and conspiracies instead of encouraging the world to be calm/cooperative.

                              - Spent at least a year trying to convince everybody that the election would be rigged and that his faithful should not accept the result.

                              ---

Sorry but I just remember anger, conspiracies and global tension during his tenure. Nice story that it was a peaceful term though
