1. Have a mansion in the Eastern suburbs with my own private retro arcade, retro cinema (full of cancelled movies), jazz cafe (with touring bands every night and a world class cocktail dude) and Cheese/Robbo hired as my full-time jester/pizza chef respectively. Zumbo would also have one of his old sushi train style sweets shops (plus make the odd batch of limoncello).
2. Hire a full-time social media influencer to argue about politics with old mate and all his alts in a way that they think it's me getting triggered...etc. They would also write long e-mails to John Menadue (and his 'editor') just to waste their time.
3. Meanwhile I'll be going for daily runs around Bondi and spending 1/2 my time living in a private palace in northern Italy (in my father's hometown, bordering Switzerland). With the combination of high altitude training, fresh Italian food and private coaching I'll be running elite times... with Australia and Italy fighting over who gets to call me their own at the Olympics. The bidding war will be epic... but my focus will just be on winning a gold medal.
4. I'll re-establish the amusement park at Tamarama (with elephants and all) and keep running it, though it may not be economically viable to do so. It would also have some of my favourite Disney rides/attractions (including it's a small world... 'Old Mate Edition' with Americans, Russians, Jews and Arabs all holding hands together).
5. Finally... there will be a collection of classic Italian cars, which I'll use when driving to training at my private international park (between Italy and St Moritz) for my marathon training. No, I will not own a bloody Tesla (if possible I'll get Musk removed from Tesla's board and return the company to its founders).

PS - once I smoked a Danneman cigar and drove a foreign car. However, I left it all behind for my cheap wine and 3 day growth.
Though relatively inexpensive, my sforzato di valtellina is a decent drop. I've got a few bottles of it in my suitcase (plus a solid limoncello and a Prosecco), which I look forward to sharing with my friends and family in Australia. Maybe over x-mas

One day I'll coordinate a Chookpen gathering there with Mini, Teddy, Braith, Nick, Robbo and Cheese in attendance. However, I misplaced some of their contact details so one might need to wait.
On a side note, I was given a taste tester of the good old lemon cream topped up with Moscato / Prosecco while walking around Rome yesterday (I swear you could get giddy just by accepting free samples... though it's the grappa that got me over the line). I can certainly see the appeal of such drinks in addition to the good old Aperol spritz.
Looking forward to Christmas and NYE... followed by a trip to Vietnam for lunar new year (which my old boss hated me taking as 'cultural leave' but them's the rules). Damn this year's rolled over quickly!
