Best career move I ever made was selling my house in Bondi for a silly amount of money and moving down to the south coast and into my Holiday house.
This enabled me to retire earlier than previously planned and gave me time to enjoy the things I love doing with minimal to no stress.

The negatives are I don't get to see my kids and grand kids as often. I also miss game day and watching the Chooks at Allianz which was a big part of my life.

You can't have it all I guess!

Right now, a success for me will be able to walk again unassisted and without pain.

That’s all you need mate, Safety with the roof. Something in the belly and a few dollars for a rainy day.

                      Well done.

Snapper fishing has been great off Berrara. Loads of squid around the boat ramp at Bendalong. Lake Conjola is very slow. Looking forward to the Whiting season.

                        Have you been fishing?

One of the happiest locals down my way lives in a caravan, drives a car worth $1500 and hasn't worked in decades. He attributes his happiness to a thing they call stoke which he get's from surfing. He is clearly addicted to it and can spend hours searching for the perfect wave.

I can relate to that. I’m so sick of plantar fasciitis and foot pain. Hope you get better soon. Whats the problem with your foot by the way?

Hope it recovers fully at some point!

Would provide some anecdotes but most of my foot care strategies centre around my marathon prep and would likely be hazardous 'tips'.
