The missus went to Big W yesterday to get me some long socks to go under my boot when the cast comes off and she picked some extra Halloween decorations that were on sale. These ones are mechanical and work off sensors and sound.so should be shyt ya pants scary.

The Ritz cinema in Randwick is showing The Bride Of Frankenstein today as part of its Halloween program, would have gone to see it but suffering a head cold at the moment so don't want to be coughing in the cinema.

Thanks RT, actually that is a good idea lol.

As for the movie, i have a copy on blu ray but thought it would be fun seeing it in a cinema and noting other peoples reactions to it.

While on topic of Halloween, i was driving back from Leichhardt earlier today and one house had a perfect looking display with a spider web made out of proper rope, looked so effective, if i could have found a parking spot i would have went back and taken photos but it was on one of those narrow streets which have no parking on it.

Thats not uncommon at this time of year. It's why they call it Hallowee...en.

                            It’s on!

We’ve been at it since 5pm. Had a few kids drop by with some fantastic outfits on.

We will probably keep the party going until dark then pack it in.

We got taken to the cleaners last year but so far it looks like we will have some left over as we have changed our approach this year, handing out treats rather than letting the kids grab handfuls themselves.

The scary music is playing and the decorations are flying in the breeze. It’s a fun evening so far!

Most of the kids out on the street over the last hour but now starting to rain here and just had a huge clap of thunder and lightning so might be the end of it here for a while.
