No way would people accept that number of MP's

People tend to find Canberra as being rather soulless and dull - not sure if it's because it's a compromise/created city or because it's a bureaucratic city full of pollies and public servants

Australia's capital has an long-time and unfortunate reputation for being dull. Percy Deane, secretary to the Prime Minister's department in 1928, said: "The best view of Canberra is from the back of a departing train."
And the best thing at the chookpen is from the back of a departing King Salvo.
"Do you expect me to talk"? "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die".

You need to do some extra homework Salvo. Canberra has changed a lot in the past 25 years. Please don't tell people who have lived here for 40 years that their home is soulless and dull. 1928 was nearly a century ago. I suspect Sydney, which I also like a lot, wasn't the vibrant city it is now 96 years ago either.

Sounds like an excellent idea. The AFL should then decide on each franchise's budget and the A League can administer the rules and eligibility while we're at it.

Still waiting for JFC to say who the three blind mice are. I can wait but wonder why he hasn't backed up his comment and named names? Maybe he can't?
Sigh... the Donald is such a buffoon. I'm glad we don't have the bollocks of their system over here. It really is a disgrace that Republicans can't get rid of him and schoose a proper candidate. Shows where they're at TBH...

As twisted as it sounds, it’s probably a good idea in wokey dokeys eyes.
