During my travels I've enjoyed a few different bevvies. For example in Italy I enjoyed limoncello, Aperol (with a bit of Prosecco) and various house reds from the Valtellina region. I've also been known to order a dash of grappa from under the counter following my morning coffee or 1L of beer to quench my thirst on a hot day.
Today I'm in Portugal (staying with friends in a country area ~45 mins north of Porto) where I had a tasting board of ports to celebrate 10 years of the best with my dear wife.
Curious - what's your favourite bevvie? Bonus point for detailing what you're hoping to crack out during the fast approaching festive season.

I'll go first. Favourite drop is limoncello... I've grabbed a cream version that I plan to whip out at our beach house for those sunny x-mas holidays (top it up with a bit of Prosecco as a bit of a spritz).
However I've got a few bottles of red from the Valtellina region that I'll pull out during dinner. Maybe a drop of port for dessert?
