  • Kick for Kolling 2012

    Hi Fellow Wallsters,

I am involved in an event to raise funds for the Kolling Medical Resarch Institute at Royal North Shore Hospital.

My Soccer club is holding a Penalty Shootout event called Kick for Kolling. I will be the participating (as the Over 35s rep) and plan to convert 10 out of 10 attempts form the spot. My record is good not having missed any penalties to date (5 from 5 in real matches) I know its not Rugby league related, but any support you could provide to this great cause would be appreciated.

I know its not league related, but its a very worthy cause.

Theres a time and a place for being socially challenged.

Steven and Chook can argue anything with anyone, but when it is appropriate they know how to act with some integrity and brains.

                  That's fine paro. You don't
You dont have to support it. Just knowing you will reap the benefits of the institutes work is enough. And thanks for supporting the cause by responding in this thread.

                    No worries mella.
Grassroots activism is always appropriate. If kicking soccer balls into a net is your idea to bolster a medical institute then good for you....

Its not my idea....its the charity organisation's idea. It beats kicking your own balls with gumboots into the back of your boyfriend's head.

                      Thanks to PIM.
