Sorry o Mighty one, my bad, I read Ism's post and then your one following and I in my haste put 2 and 2 together. (posts #52 then #53 on this thread)
Thanks to Andy and yourself for clearing it up for me,
I didnt think of any particular poster either, just put 2 and 2 together from the posts and thought someone (definitely not Andy) must have said something derogatory in the not so recent past about a poster who may have been neurodiverse......That is a line if crossed, that totally triggers me, having an Autistic daughter who has other issues as well.....

No of course not. It was at the Narcissist. I've literally dealt with dozens of students who are legitimately on the spectrum. They usually warm to me naturally because I'm kind and communicative in various ways. I've also had quite a bit of training.
I’ve noticed your kindness and the unique ways you express yourself. Sure, nearly all of your posts might come across as harsh, full of negativity, poisonous hate, personal attacks and self-praise. But beyond all that, I see the real you—a wonderful, personable, and positive spirit with a truly beautiful soul!!

Will somebody PLEASE think about the neckbeards and their human right of being able to pester others with right-wing cr@p on a footy forum (even in a thread specifically for lefties)? Poor fellow. I'm glad that Donald Trump will soon be making his life great again as he appears to have hit rock bottom...Last edited by ism22; 11-28-2024, 05:06 PM.

Suspect this will be a good (and timely published) read BTW...
Angela Merkel's new memoir details Vladimir Putin's power games and Donald Trump's antics
https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-11-...tics/104652020
Highlights from the article about it...
- During her 16 years in power, she served alongside four US presidents, four French presidents and five British prime ministers.
- When Angela Merkel met Donald Trump at the White House in 2017, he avoided shaking her hand for photographers – even after she whispered to him that they should. "As soon as I said that, I shook my head inwardly at myself," the former German chancellor writes in her 720-page memoir. "How could I have forgotten that Trump knew exactly what effect he wanted to achieve."
- "He [Trump] saw everything from the perspective of the property developer he was before entering politics," she writes. "Each parcel of land could only be sold once, and if he didn't get it someone else did. That's how he saw the world."
- "For years, the many German cars on the streets of New York had been a thorn in his side. That Americans were buying them could, in his opinion, only be due to dumping prices and alleged exchange rate manipulation between the euro and the dollar."
- When Ms Merkel visited Putin's residence at the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi that same year, Putin's black labrador Cony was present during a photo opportunity – Ms Merkel says the Russian president knew she was afraid of dogs. Putin appeared to enjoy the situation, she writes, and she didn't bring it up — keeping as she often did to the motto "never explain, never complain."
- She said that appearance showed Mr Putin as she knew him, "as someone who was always on guard against being treated badly and ready to give out at any time, including power games with a dog and making other people wait for him. One could find this all childish and reprehensible, one could shake one's head over it — but that didn't make Russia disappear from the map"Last edited by ism22; 11-28-2024, 01:29 PM.
