game replays on nrl website

Whenever I try to watch a game replay on the NRL or Roosters websites on my windows 10 laptop the starting ad is ok but the game vision is useless. It was fine for years until about August this year. I've tried contacting the NRL but they have never answered my messages. Does anyone else have this problem. It's fine on my iphone

Haven't tried but I guess one piece of low hanging fruit could be trying it with a few different web browsers. That or plugging your lappie into your router directly (and doing bandwidth tests...etc) to check whether it's a wifi issue.

I find the NRL's website is usually pretty flaky and it's driven by the needs of sponsors. Also there's content partners such as Fox/Kayo offering paid streaming, so they tend to provide the bare minimum support for free stuff.
