Exactly Randy. Sal's definition is also misleading, he must have got it from some loopy Libertarian site. All that inclusion of progressive objectives not financed by minuscule government but by private philanthropy - give us a break. No the real Libertarianism is postulated in Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged" - it's an every man for himself philosophy, based on a completely free market, no rules just rampant individualism. What I have learnt from this thread about my views, perspectives and character:

I want to get the most stickers and brownie points for displaying the nicest values.
I really do not put my country first and it’s most disgraceful.
I waffle and am too soft.
I like watermelons.
I have no strength in my convictions.
All men are created equal and those who are not are well looked after anyway.
Women don’t like men with bald heads. Strange as I’m married to one since he’s hairline started receding some time ago.
I’m biased towards the views of one party. This is a telltale sign as apparently it’s a trait only prevalent amongst lefty, libra-terror-ites.
Whenever, I attempt to swing the other way to see the light, it’s because I’ve been indoctrinated by the Murdoch / MSM propaganda machine or that of my parents.
I occasionally forget to switch on my brain and end up being herded around like a lost sheep.
But when I do switch the brain on, I spend too much time awake trying to be popular, trendy and cool.

I think that sums it up. After much soul searching I think I need to make an appointment with a counsellor.
