Steve Prestwich gave me his drumsticks! A friend and I went to see him at a pub in Annandale in around 2004 and there were 4 people in the audience because of a bad storm, so he gave us girls both sets of sticks he had with him. Bow River reminds me of driving all my drunk friends home in my little car when I lived in country QLD. I was the only nondrinker. That whole Twentieth Century album and Circus Animals were truly great moments musically for me.

I hope you have hung on to those drumsticks - like myself with my vinyl albums (some worth mega dollars), they're going nowhere.

Apparently Billy turned it down and Simple Minds picked it up! Don't know how true that is because I did read it on the internet! Then Billy covered it for an unplugged special and I have it on his greatest hits album.

                        • I liked this Gary Numan one, probably his biggest hit:

                          • Gary Numan was way ahead of his time in the late 70s/early 80s and his music is still influencing other artists to this day.
