My favourite pizzas over all are Pizza Picasso in Newtown, they had a nice spot on King St but the owner closed the eat in section and kept the kitchen as take away only and opened a wine bar in the eat in section, now the wine bar has taken over the whole site[it is a very nice wine bar too] and the pizza place has moved a bit further south on King St right St Peters station, so its a win win all round

We still eat normal food up here...
I'm a fan of Ocean Seafoods RWB, will try the others next time I'm in Sydney also, on the way to the Watto Bay for a few coldies.

There's a top little pizza joint across the alley way from O'Malleys in the cross.
Don't quote me on that though, they could have been shit for all I know, but after a full day on the piss starting at 6 in the morning on a fishing charter they were farrken awesome at half past 2 on Sunday morning!
On that topic, O'Malleys is the best pub in Sydney!

Thing is we did it in a park in the night and didn't realize the Kahalua sunk to the bottom and thru a straw we were drinking basically straight Kahalua.
Ahhh the things we do when we are 16.

Canberras got some good places but my fav at the moment is a place called "smoque" in the city. its a american ribs type place and the platter for $99 has pork ribs, brisket, ribeye, pulled pork, chicken and buffalo wings with plenty of sides. i loved it but as it is the only real rib joint in canberra i dont have much to compare it to. i tried getting into hurricanes in bondi afew times last yr during the christmas break, but they were booked for the week i was there, and the line to wait for a table was way to long. must be good!?
