They speak Cantonese here. I can speak a little. I know a little Mandarin as well as I lived in Taiwan from aroud about 2003-2005. My wife is Japanese and thankfully no kids. Nothing against kids but I still live under the delusion that I'm young and free

Interested to see what others think. If you were looking to pick up an investment property somewhere in Australia where would you choose? For example, where could you get the best returns on renting out a property worth $300,000 for example. Or would you look outside of Australia?
