  • Pulp Fiction vs The Godfather

The Shawshank Redemption is considered the best film ever. Even Life Of Pi made it along with some Bollywood movie 3 idiots. What surprised me is Gran Torino and the Empire Strikes Back made it.

BUT what do you think is better. The Godfather or Pulp Fiction

Dark Knight made it at 7. A Clockwork Orange made it at 62. Slumdog Millionare 194. Inception 14. Return Of the King 9. Saving Private Ryan 38.

I thought Marsellus Wallace was excellent in The Godfather so I will go Pulp Fiction, you know what I mean Honey Bunny.

Fast times at Ridgemont High. Has there ever been a better film?

I can't separate them. Both great movies. John Travolta at his best.

In saying that, Snatch is my fave movie.
Band of Brothers would be my fave series.

The Shawshank Redemtion was a bore fest and the Godfather is far superior to Pulp Fiction even though I love both.

My fav movie The Big Lebowski.

              Chook.

If any of you guys have seen Django Unchained yet it is brilliant. Easily Tarantino's best work in 20 years if not ever. It is superb.

Now you're talking son. Jeff Spicoli is one of the greatest characters ever. When he ordered that pizza in class ... oh man, funny stuff.

                        The GoatFather.

I struggle to pick just one. IMO movies are like music, sometimes you feel like seeing drama, sometimes comedy, sometimes reality etc. It's a mood thingy.

Most mentioned I've enjoyed. Scarface is a good one also.

I don't like chick flicks personally. Lopez, Kidman, Heigel etc they just blow, well I wish they did.

I like watching World Movies for the porn and the subtitles. The Pusher trilogy was good viewing.

                        The FlogPen .

                        You know it makes sense.

I havn't seen it but I want to see it, apparently Tarintino plays the part of an Aussie, not many Aussie's would of been around America in the 18th centuary. Fark he is ugly but his handbacks not.

I like alot of his movies like Jacki Brown, Reservoir Dogs, Death Proof, True Romance, Hostel & my favourite Sin City. Dusk till Dawn was good for the 1st hour then it turned ridiculous, I thought both Kill Bills were good & Pulp Fiction.

The Bad Lieutenant & Phone Booth were good movies they weren't directed by him though.

I absolutely loved Saving Private Ryan! Inception was good too but when we got it a circuit had a fault in our LCD. So what that means is there was like some retarded shade of black for at least 30 mins and some overlap on the screen so for4 the beginning fight scene I couldnt see a thing. So I really wish I could've watched it clearly coz it was a great movie. For the parts I could see after the fuzz on the TV cleared up after half an hour i loved it
