My kids love them, but can't find the recipe in my wife's Margret Fulton cook book.
They come from the sea around tasmania, So I suggest you get on a plane then in a boat, dive or jump into the sea grab and few.. Just kidden, go to a seafood co-op buy some then; Either deep fry them or batter them and deep fry them? Recon that sounds awesome! Turk= Chef in training..

Aaaah those ones.. Thought you might have been top shelf Morls Morls Morls.. Well go to the local grocer, buy the biggest faaarken potatoes they have, Crack a 101 then scull, slice them about 7mm thick[this is the hard part], Make a beer batter with beer and flour[don't drink the flour.. hard I know] Scull more, dip the potatoes and let the majority drip off then straight into the chip cooker with the little beauties..Crack another 101..

                  Thanks for your reply Turk,
Tried this recipe for breakfast this morning, kids loved them,
Mrs not so much ( dirty on the sculling)
Tomorrow I want to try peanut butter sandwiches.
Please advise, should I use smoothly or crunchy,
                  Thanks in advance.

Lets get those little guys excited [creativety is my forte]... To spice things up you take that slice of bread and spread half the slice with crunchy and the opposite half with smooth [diagonally of course mate..] Then scull a 101 and relax bra..
