I made something delicious today in a little microwave proof french pot I bought for $3 from Spotlight. It's bright shiny red to match my red, white and blue kitchen. I put 2 eggs in the bottom, then a layer of mushrooms, fetta, baby spinach, a baby roma tomato, some olives, cracked black pepper and a slice of tasty cheese. Went down to the plumpton inn, the have thing the call an Entree [when i saw it i thought w.f].. Sounds Maltese but I was later told its a french word. Anyway, Its my new favourite.. very simple but mate you have to try this one; They get a fat wine glass[empty of course] and put thinly sliced lettuce in the bottom, then they put pealed prawns on top of that, then they put a sauce called seafood sauce and a piece of lemon to squeez Its must trip out to Plumpton for this beauty!!!!!!!!!!!
