More accustomed to battling the rich and powerful over plans to develop Double Bay's Stamford Plaza Hotel, Wizard Home Loans founder Mark Bouris has been accused of getting physical with a neighbour who complained about the "continuous barking" of his girlfriend's dog. According to court documents filed as part of an apprehended violence order application against Bouris by Rose Bay Police, his neighbour, Peter McGrath, has been sticking notes on Bouris's garage door to complain about the dog for months. It came to a head at 2.15am on Sunday when the pair ran into each other on Pacific Street in Watsons Bay, following another sleepless night for McGrath. "Pete McGrath, that was you wasn't it you f---ing p---k that has been leaving notes on my garage door," Bouris is alleged to have shouted. "Leave my f---ing girlfriend's dog alone." Bouris is said to have pushed McGrath against a wooden fence, before McGrath escaped and ran home - with Bouris in pursuit. Bouris is then alleged to have jammed his arm in the front door to stop McGrath closing it. Detectives have already conducted a video re-enactment of the clash and asked Bouris to voluntarily submit to having his forearms photographed. A hearing is set for October

Started watching the show.....taped the rest & watched this morning.......the Miss World chick sure did like telling everyone about that.....doesn't impress me & actually not that impressed allover with it......don't think I'll be bothered with rest of series......have way too many more interesting things to do with my precious time.
