On cheese, im sort of the same, I can be found melting cheese at 2 in the morning with a piece of bread a couple times a week!

Try rubbing camembert with raw garlic all over, then rub on some olive oil, wrap in prosciutto and bake for 15min. You might die, but you should die happy!
I'm allergic to garlic, so yes I might die..not quite but it wouldn't be pleasant. I've given up proscuitto these days too but your recipe does sound tasty.

Thats a shame, maybe just the camembert baked by itself until it is ready to ooze out, should be just as good.

MR, I used to love that limited edition Cherry Ripe ice cream which was out about 15 years ago..
RWB...yummo! I don't remember that one at all. With a bit of luck Cadbury may do a re-run one year.

My favourite chocolates still come in Melbourne storm coloured wrappers.. This thread hasn't aged at all..

Twirls & Violet Crumble bars are still my every day favourites. For gifts, can't go past fellow Roosters man, Chocolate Johnny down at Perfection Chocolates. He made 4 giant Roosters after we won the 2013 grand final and I managed to get one of them and take a photo of it. I don't have posting photo privileges though. It kept well until the following Easter.

Now I make my own chocolate roosters, racehorses, rabbits (yikes) and bears using various flavours for gifts since covid. I guess that's a hobby I enjoy to make others happy.

I also love white chocolate these days.

I was looking for that post of yours. Thanks for that tip last year as I sent some to my brother in law in outer Melbourne when he was recovering from surgery. I bought some for myself too.
