Just got back from Noosa[ very over-rated]. Heading to South West Rocks tomorrow for 7 days, going on a fishing charter and going to down dozens of Sydney Rock Oysters and beer...

Yes, Noosa is very over rated[ apart from the Alexandra Headland beach ].Dont mind South West Rocks, often drop in for a look when I stay at Grassy Head or Port Macquarie, probably going up around there in March.
Now what am I having for dinner, hmmm roast duck.Had enough oysters over Christmas[ well not really], you cant ever have enough oysters.

not sorry to say santa has left the building, overall a very satisfying job but quite hard work, thoroughly enjoyed giving it to parents wearing manly or souffs gear! surely they realised theyd be targets?

Mate, maaaaate.. Well, get a sharp knifey and slice the skin length ways about 2cm apart.. then get some lemons and slice em up and squeeze and rub the juice into the skin.. then get salt and rub it into the slices in the skins, preheat oven to 220 ç put roast in for 20mins at 220 c then turn down to 170 c for about 90 mins and watch that baby go.. best.. yeeehaa.. what more can I say???

Caught; Dolphin fish, bream, flathead, shovel nose shark, trevally, moses perch, snapper, bar cod, nany guy and a few other things... Yep, I'm king of the sea! Ate 8 dozen Sydney rock oysters and had a few corona's to wash em down... Yep, I'm also king of oysters and beer! Not even backwards could top that..

finally got the last of my santas wages so now i can afford a season ticket again, back in the pen of course! maybe ill do it next week, i usually get in quick but ive not got a reserved seat, just sit in the same area each time, great to see the same dedicated fans there too! hope thart doesnt change this year!

Went stockton beach spent a bit of time riding a quad around all the dunes, went fishing and swimming and had a few brews with some Karuah Sydney Rock oysters [ fresh as closed in the shell].Was a pretty good weekend..
