Then he had the audacity to really think that he himself could formulate a plan to sell to the Australian public (who at the time were buying it because it was being orchetrated by Kev and the gov). that Kev could limit any heating of the Earth by taxing people.

I never really wanted to. This is stepping right into Abbott territory. All I have done throughout this thread is to squash bullshit conspiracy theories about what Copenhagen was trying to accomplish, ala my list.

Was Copenhagen an unmitigated failure? = yes.
Was Copenhagen a missed opportunity? = yes.
Is the Earth warming? = yes.
Is mankind responsible for that warming? = I don't 100% know, but the last 4 reports to the IPCC have each indicated over a 90% probability that mankind IS reasponbile for it.

If any deniers out there can come up with any reports that declare we are not responsible for the warming than I'm happy to read them and give them the credence they deserve. But what I won't do is indulge idiots in conspiracy theory bullshit. Fair enough!

That's easy, for what you are theorising to be real would mean tens of thousands of people from hundreds of countries are in on the biggest scam in the history of the planet. Do you actually think a conspiracy of that magnitude is possible? Because if you do may I suggest you get in touch with the 9/11 truthers. You would do well in their company.

Now for the scam to take effect and be real the Copenhagen treaty would have to have been ratified, it wasn't. Kinda makes your claim appear really really really really really really stupid doesn't it. Here we have tens of thousands of people in on a scam that didn't come off, and yet not one of them have come forward with revelations that it was a scam?
