You'll have to go back a few years to when the legislation was enacted (2004), but it's there in black and white. He even admits (as did a lot of Libs who voted for it at the time) that they didn't know a lot about the legislation, but he's voting for it anyway cause that's what Jackboot Johhny told them to do.
