Yeah mate I've seen such sections or threads on other forums cater for a good old fashioned flame war or meltdown episode. It seems to let the serious posters have their serious threads and let those of us who like it a little more light hearted contain the jockularities in a place where it causes minimal offence.

As for silly sausage I thought he was 100% correct, dont let him know that though. We are no where near firing as yet. We aren't even in first gear IMO.

Difference is he was demanding we be perfect from round 1. And maintain that for almost 30 weeks.

Which is impossible. The coach is, as he did last season, using the slow start method, groove by mid season, roll in and taper, then peak come semis.

And if silly sausage really was an ex player and coach as he claimed surely he'd realise that.

I've said it before and I will say it again. This forum was so much better when we could have a bit more of a go at each other. That was before the introduction of such Sooper Dooper Moderators as Red and Gman if I recall correctly. They are all _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (fill in the blanks) if you ask me and have ruined this once lively forum.

Seriously though, considering how dead this place is and the fact that it barely even functions, why do the Sooper Dooper moderators still feel the need to moderate?
