    The other way i don't mind the chops now if a pub has crumbed cutlets on the menu, i hated these when i was a kid as they were 90 % fat under the crumb but now the product is so much better.
    I used to love crumbed cutlets as a kid too, but yeah you have to wonder about all the fat that wasn’t trimmed and still hiding under the crumbs.The devilled chops recipe I use (it was my MIL’s recipe), has tomato soup and mustard, green capsicum and onion. It was one of their family favourites.
