Well I just read an article about how Universal has cancelled Madonna's bio-pic as she's been posting photos of herself on Instagram licking water out of a dog's bowl apparently. So I guess that's what's on the menu at her home..

She's the one musician I love so much but refuse to follow on there because I can't stand what she's done to her lovely face.

There is a reason why Thainesia has lasted on Oxford St when lots of other places have closed, beautiful food and immaculate service, the place was packed as it is everytime we go.

Greek roast chicken it is, done with tomato, olives and risoni and served with either steamed or baked zucchini and roast carrot and maybe okra.

As a kid I lived just around the corner from there and literally everything else around it has closed. You don't survive in that area unless you're bloody good!!!

I still have a napkin from a lovely night out at Balkan..Like we were talking about the other day..the 1990's were great for dining out on Oxford St. I lived at Clovelly then, so easy to get home on the 339.

It closed in 2019 after 55 years.

No its been long gone from Crown St, the building was pulled down and units built there, there is a KFC now on the ground floor where the Balkan was there.

Having olives and caper berries with a belini while the chicken and risoni are simmering away in the oven with the zucchini and carrot. The saltiness of the olives and caper berries are delicious , hmmmmm.
