Just a little joke about Taco Tuesdays lol….though probably not very funny. I really need to get myself an air fryer but I’m not sure if I have enough space on my bench top.

Yeah lacking in bench space here too .Your kitchen can never be too big . I've hardly used my bbq since I got an air fryer but the bbq is better ,less convenient tho .

I had to make a boring ham and pineapple for hubby as it’s his favourite and he’s fussy. The other one was chicken, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, some crispy bacon and then topped with avocado and some pesto aioli. It was sort of my attempt at making a similar pizza sold by Crust. It was good.

          • Pineapple on a pizza is so polarising. Personally i like pineapple on a pizza but i never order or make ham and pineapple because i find it to one note and uninteresting or as you called it boring. I like it on some vegetarian pizza's or there is a place in Narrabeen where they do a Pepperoni, pineapple, onions, cheese and bolognese sauce pizza which i really like..
Your second pizza sounds great and i'm a big fan of avocado on a pizza.

A couple of weeks ago had some left over mozzarella from making a chicken lasagne and was home alone so had a pizza base with tomato on it, just added some grilled red capsicum on it and cracked an egg in the middle of it, loved it, the better half doesn't eat eggs so it was a good time to do it and i do like egg on a pizza sometime.

              • Roast lamb with Greek lemon potatoes, will decide on what other veges later, lamb is done with lemon juice, oregano and cherry tomatoes.

Going to make a guacamole to go with some home made margarita's.
Also have marinated artichokes for nibbles too.

Sounds like the sort of dinner my hubby would absolutely love. Except for the tomatoes and chilli lol.

Hubby wouldn't like how we did the lamb tonight then either, seeing it was only one of those half leg roasts, we did it with cherry tomatoes, small onions and olives, i had reservations about doing it that way but turned out lovely. The marinated lemon Greek potatoes were good to and we just had some steamed broccoli and zucchini with it

It comes up good with beef but one day when your daughter isn't at home try it with the lamb mince, i'm sure you will love it, i only make it now with the lamb.

That is my plan, definitely. She did say I could make it that way anytime she just wouldn’t eat the meat, which wouldn’t be a first where I cook a meal and she skips the meat.

It sounds great to me and he would happily eat a big serve of the the lamb.
