I actually prefer pork as well but they were out of them. The beef were outstanding but . Agree only get meet from good butchers

Nothing beats the humble beef sausage, especially for the BBQ or making a curry.
When we visit friends in Shoalhaven Heads or house sit for them when they are away we drop in to Mountain Side meats there and by some of their specialty sausage, always seem to have different ones each time we visit.

Same as the Bangalow one .Every time we go between South coast ,Husky and Brisbane we stop in and get a heap of snags .Great butcher

Reckon that would work well with a prawn pizza, did you make the oil yourself or was it bought like that ? have all the ingredients where i could knock one up, not sure what toppings i'm going to go yet. Just going to knock up a guacamole and have a drink, i still haven't settled down from watching the Swans hunt down GWS to win.
