Did a leg of lamb and some spud on the BBQ. Also made some cocktails to whet our appetites (daiquiris tonight as I bought some Fijian white rum and didn't know what to do with it).
Also got some quince from our garden stewing away. Hopefully it'll be ready by dessert time.

That all looks fabulous Ism..I've been stewing a lot of fruit to make compote to go on my gluten free crepes.
I didn't realise I had my loyalty discount from our local Thai until I went to pay for it. On Monday I got Thai style BBQ chicken with lots of veges and tofu with peanut sauce and more veges. Had enough for 2 meals but I did add extra carrot, broccoli and broccolini last night. Cost me $7.95 ."Those who care about you can hear you, even when you are quiet" - Steve Maraboli

Have never cooked with quince before and i like the idea of having them as a desert but was watching a Greek cooking show not long ago and the person made a chicken and quince dish which looked yummy, i found the recipe and might try and make it one day .
