We’ve been on a health kick here this year and have pretty much completely stopped eating any form of junk food, soft drink and booze
Tonight we had a lovely Japanese dish Ontama Salmon with rice ginger carrot shallots and boiled egg washed down with water. Absolutely delicious and very healthy. When you trust your television

you can just try it as it is first time MR, then you can adjust flavours/veggies as you please, but I do recommend adding some chicken stock and or coconut/cream and butter to give you some sauce, because I found it doesn’t produce much sauce if you just use the supplied ingredients.
also brown your chicken first so the spice blend doesn’t burn

Tonight for dinner, baked leather jackets with home made wedges, asparagus and green beans.
I treated the family to a thai red duck curry. Duck breast was on special at Coles.

I think the first time you make it, your taste will tell you if you want extra chilli, cream, butter, and so on, you may just like it as it is, but you sound like a good cook, so I’m sure you’ll want to tinker with it in your own way
