Tonight was Thai Green Curry Chicken with the spice tailor recipe base on steamed jasmine rice infused with cardamon pods . My own fresh birdseye chilli's 3× with half a teaspoon of Carolina reaper/ ghost chilli powder added . Garlic naan bread to soak up the sauce . Just had a perfectly cooked medium rare steak with chps and salad at the Shoalhaven Heads pub , the Ingolby shiraz to go with it while looking across the water was perfect . So nice being away amd reflecting on some of the dead wood i have cut from my life and then heading to the next exciting chapter of life heading into retirement.Last edited by horrie hastings; 02-26-2024, 09:05 PM.
