Pork , apple and chilli rissoles from the local butcherand plentyof veges.

The pork rissoles were beautiful , they had carrot, spring onion, a slight bit of chilli, pepper and green apple,in them the apple gave a real nice crisp refreshing bite to them . They were so goid i hope we can some more to take home.

I’m cheating tonight and buying some chicken meatballs from the local chicken shop. They are really good.

Pizzas from Pizza Loco Shoalhaven Heads, went to the pub for a couple drinks before hand and won 2 meat trays, one had a leg of lamb, lamb chops and sausages, the other had lamb shoulder, lamb chops and sausages, an enjoyable night now having pizza on the back deck. Been trying the get the chest freezer down a bit in stock before we go overseas but now have more to add to again now when we get home.

I think unpacking the trays we will be able to fit it in the cooler bag, if not i found an esky in the garage of whete we are staying so we can take it with us as the friends who own this place are virtually neigjbours in the next suburb in Sydney where we live.

Dinner at the Shoalhaven Heads bowling club, ran into old friends we had not seen for about 6 years , nice catch up . Had dinner after that, shared honey soy chicken wings, yummo. Better half ordered chicken curry which was nice what i sampled and i had beef stroganoff, i really enjoyed it. Nice night out and nice dinner.

Was going down that route also for dinner tonight but making the risoni with lamb meatballs.

Gamberi ( prawn ) pizza and a mushroom and artichoke pizza, picked it up from Made In Italy after the bowlo.

Left over lamb meat balls with risoni, also having some pommes noisettes with it.

No need for political correctness here MR it's a virtue signalling free zone ! Air fried pork sausages and garlic and port marinated pork scotch fillet steak with steamed vegetables here. Cooking what was on hand and it was "really very niice" with some woos sauce.
