Poor goose, my animal loving daughter would be horrified lol. Great story though Horrie.

              • My take on a Mediterranean bake tonight. Prawns, veges, tomatoes and olives topped with parmesan, tasty cheese and polenta. With a hint of chili.

I’m finally trying the lamb in the meatballs with the risoni tonight. Will report back later.

                  • Canned soup. We're all out of action with COVID and I'm lazy as hell (though I've tested 'negative' the whole time so mine must be a cold/flu).

Sigh. Not healthy or particularly tasty... I give myself a 0/10, with bonus points for my doomsday prepping skills.

We've all been there Izzy. Canned soup is better than no soup. 'No soup for you!'

                      • Had a light early dinner at our local Vietnamese before going to a show at the Seymour Centre. Chicken wings and rice paper rolls with beef.

Having roast chicken tomorrow night with all the veges.

Using the lamb mince was a hit. It was delicious! Well 2 out of 3 of us agreed with my daughter of course disagreeing. I’m going to have to work out what to do in future now. Roast chicken tomorrow sounds good and at least the Roosters don’t play tomorrow so good choice.
