It was a bloody good one, used chicken thigh fillets.

Just a simple tomato, bacon and chilli pasta tonight. Having some chicken wings before hand.

Slow cooker sticky Texas pork ribs tonight , with coleslaw, potato salad and buttered corn on the cob .

Yes i don't often do a chicken stir fry but the thigh fillets are by far the best for them.

Greek casserole with lamb chops, red capsicum , potato, onion, tomato, oregano and red wine vinegar.

Pub steak last night celebrating the win. Pub (Elanora) was packed with mostly Roosters supporters.

Went to Orange Grove market today and bought lamb koftas,rice stuffed zucchinis dolmades, hummus, tabouli for dinner tonight.
