    • Apricot chicken, just doing the cheats 70 s version with chicken drumsticks, apricot nectar and french onion soup mix. Going to have rice with it and steamed carrot and broccoli .

        I can understand that perfectly Crab, now that i work 2 days a week one week and 3 days the other week i often lose track of what day it is.

                • Tonight I'm having mashed potato with chives, steamed butternut pumpkin, beans and carrots with herbed and grilled lamb loin chops . Don't ask me what day it is but I think it's the 29th . Go Jess the Fox and Australia!!

                      I made bolognaise last night horrie, had a left over zucchini so diced it up and threw it in too, not sure if it did anything, but made it a little chunkier which was nice, and probably just took up the flavour of the sauce. Felt good too add some more veggies into it anyway

                      tonight, lasagna from the left over sauce and just made a tasty bechamel sauce, bubbling away in the oven right now.

                        You ever made the Paris mash crab? tried it once, and almost used a whole stick of butter, decadent, but probably wouldn’t do it again.

                          Zucchini is always good added to any type of tomato pasta type sauce, i always add it now when i do the lamb meatballs with risoni.. Your lasagna sounds delicious and its perfect weather for it, a good red wine would go nicely with it . I'm going to make a meat cannelloni one day soon, i always make a cannelloni with tuna and a cheese sauce but haven't made a meat one for about 30 years.

                            No I haven't mate . Just the regular mash with salt and pepper, butter , milk, some herbs and cheese. I'm open to persuasion though ;-)
