I always liked watching Marion Grasby's cooking segments, did try one of her package curry kits one day and was really under whelmed though.
I like the tailor spice range better than Marion’s range.

marion does have a good website with plenty of recipe ideas though.

Bought a tin of Maesri masaman curry paste and was either going to do a beef or chicken masaman curry tonight but had a green chicken curry out last night at Atom Thai in Newtown.

      • Stir fry tonight with chicken thigh fillets, spring onion, carrot, capsicum, sugar snaps, mushrooms and broccoli stems, may chuck some cashews in at the end.

Lol yes green curry chicken. It was delicious though and so were the prawns in betel leaf, stuffed chicken wings and salt and pepper eggplant.

            • Classic corned beef and white sauce, mashed potato and baby carrots tonight. There’s lots of leftover meat for sandwiches during the week too.

Sounds yum. I have always wanted to try that dish, friend at work said his mother would make it once a fortnight when he was growing up in the 70s..

We had it a lot growing up too as it was one of Dad’s favourites. Not every fortnight though. It’s one of my semi regular winter meals and we all really like the leftovers cold in sandwiches.

Mum used to make it a bit when i was younger, at home now we usually have it once a year in winter but haven't had it this year yet, when i was younger i didn't really like it with the white sauce and mash potato, not that my mum made it badly, i just didn't like the combination a lot when i was younger but my better half makes a killer white sauce and i love it like that now. The left overs for sandwiches are the best part though.

                          • Tonight it was chicken rissoles with mash potato, steamed yellow squash, zucchini and carrot, have enough left over for either my lunch tomorrow at work or for dinner the following night when the better half is in hospital.
