        • Baked chicken thighs with roast potato, sweet potato, carrot, garlic and peas and a nice lemon and white wine gravy. The left over gravy has been frozen as it goes well when we have chicken rissoles .

          • Leatherjackets, home made wedges and green salad, sometimes the simple dishes are the best.

Its funny that you mentioned Atmos Crab, a guy who now works at our shop after he transferred from another shop has a holiday house in Shoal Bay and he raves about Atmos, he is Greek. Will have to try it out when i'm up in that part of the world again.

Love Greek food Crab and actually would have been in Greece in about a week and half or so for a fortnight if our holiday would have went ahead , actually would have been in Florence right now.
Your dinner with the prawns sounds good with the cardamon infused rice. Having lamb meatballs with risoni tonight, looking forward to it after having a junk food fix of a couple of delicious hot dogs today at Leichhardt Oval.
