Went to the local Chinese tonight.
curry beef, Kampong chicken, Char Kway Teow, sizzling Mongolian beef and the old sweet and sour pork.

Vietnamese rice paper rolls with beef and salt and pepper mushrooms from our local Vietnamese Mother Yen.

Had the left overs of the curried sausages last night, tasted even better and the flavour went through more.

Change of plans. The lovely lady slow cooked up some turkey legs in my favourite Chicka Licka Bam Bam seasoning.

Spag bol tonight, just took a very small left over container out of the freezer and will add some extra tomatoes to it and maybe some chargrilled capsicum or mushroom .

Me, I’m a 6pm sort of guy and I’m pretty much on the dot with that unless outside influences come into play.
