Spag Bol tonight, will be perfect for this drizzly weather that has just set in.

Last night just had a cheats roast, just bought a Coles BBQ chicken but roasted some potatoes, carrot and garlic we had. No where as good as a proper roast but i felt lazy yesterday and it did the job.

I've been out fishing with da boys and my missus has dinner under control again.

Slow cooked Massaman curry. I could smell it as I was reversing the boat down the driveway. Cant wait!

One of my favourite and not too hard to make. I like to have mine with a Rocket salad dressed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

There's a Thai clear sauce that's nice to dip them in.

Hey mate, yeah 13 nice snapper between the 3 of us and and some nice squid. Conditions were great! We fished behind Green Island and there were plenty of whales doing their thing.

Moisture infused pork loin chops, mashed potato, broccoli, carrot and pumpkin steamed and choko . My weight training obsessed son chipped me about the fat content ... apparently we need fish, beef and chicken as the protein. Oh well I tried

We order soup bones from woolies for our dogs. When they've run out they substitute the bones for beef ribs worth around $30 which the dogs don't get and that's fine by me.

How strange is the feeling when you receive an entire bag of groceries that you didn't order and it's stuff that you would never eat unless you were stuck on a uninhabited island.. To me it feels like there's a stranger in the house.
