Pizzas on Sunday night (bases made by yours truely using yeast from my fresh yeast colony) and last night I made a big pot of pizzoccheri (using some authentic Valtellina Casera).
Living the dream!!! My homebrew's ready too. I was out doing some 'landscape gardening' last night (gently moving our boundary closer to the street and planting a few roses / extra spiny yuccas to discourage certain neighbours from parking their excess vehicles on the nature strip). While doing so I had a growler full of Jizzbrau's German Style Lager in hand, which tasted mighty fine I might add.
To celebrate US democracy (not necessarily the incoming president, but the fair and proper process that was followed) I have also got an 'Murrican Pale Ale in the works. Should be able to bottle it tonight in time for x-mas :P

I used to watch her make the friut cakes when i was younger so some of that should have sunk in somewhere . She would often bake a whole lot for school fetes but we would always have the first one.

Michelin Star Tuna Burritos and a Potato salad.
Ingredients.
El Paso Burritos
Sirena Chilli Tuna
Grated tasty cheese
Kewpie mayo
Add the ingredients onto the Burrito. Wrap the Burrito and fry in a knob of butter until golden brown.
I can't live without Kewpie Mayo. It's up there with Coffee and Beer.
