Massaman Beef and Potato Curry.
Sounds complicated but it isn't.
Sear your meat and potatoes. Aprox 500gms beef. 4 potatoes cut to bite size pieces.
Place into a pressure cooker or pot.
Add Woolies Massaman Beef Spice Trader ingredients.
Steam your rice.
Ready in 40 minutes to 1 hour and restaurant quality.

Ingredients.
El Paso Burritos
Sirena Chilli Tuna
Grated tasty cheese
Kewpie mayo
Add the ingredients onto the Burrito. Wrap the Burrito and fry in a knob of butter until golden brown.
I can't live without Kewpie Mayo. It's up there with Coffee and Beer.

Remove some of the chillies if you don't like overly hot foot.

Always with steamed rice. Actually I use the absorption method which is the only way I get my rice perfect.Last edited by Bates; 11-22-2024, 09:04 PM.

Add 4 cardamon pods to make it the hero dish !
