      • Beef stir fry tonight. Have some sirlion steak marinating and will be adding, broccoli and the stem, carrot, mushrooms, sugar snaps, cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic.

        • Massaman Beef and Potato Curry.

          Sounds complicated but it isn't.

          Sear your meat and potatoes. Aprox 500gms beef. 4 potatoes cut to bite size pieces.
          Place into a pressure cooker or pot.
          Add Woolies Massaman Beef Spice Trader ingredients.
          Steam your rice.

          Ready in 40 minutes to 1 hour and restaurant quality.

            How much chilli tuna Batesy ? I bought 6 el paso tortillas but the sirena chilli tuna was only a 185g can . Doesn't look enough

              Hey mate, I used 1 large can and made 8 burritos. I think they're 425gms. Don't forget the frozen margaritas.

              • Chicken thighs marinated overnight in miso paste cooked on the BBQ with a greek salad.

                It was really good. I highly recommend it.

                  Might have to try this Bates. Do you mean Spice Tailor? Is one pack enough because I find with the butter chicken there’s not enough sauce for 500g of protein. Actually each kit asks for only 250-300g of meat.

                    Yes my bad. Spice Tailor from Woolies and Urban Eats from Aldi are awesome!

                    Remove some of the chillies if you don't like overly hot foot.

                      Agree on the sauce. We add 1 can of coconut milk per packet. Feeds 2 of us plus a little leftover for lunch and I'm a big eater. My wife eats like a sparrow.

                      Always with steamed rice. Actually I use the absorption method which is the only way I get my rice perfect.

                          A tip for the absolute best ,easiest rice you will ever have . Get yourself a rice cooker ! My son bought me a Japanese Tiger brand one. Rinse the rice 5 or 6 times until the waters clear, add water to suggested level , close the lid and forget about it .They cook the rice to perfection and then keep warm for up to 5 hours. Add 4 cardamon pods to make it the hero dish !
